Still, the tooth fairy will stop by, won't she? I remember leaving notes under the pillow for Mrs. Tooth Fairy when there was no actual tooth to present. I'm sure that practice occurs in all 50 states.

I agree with Bubbe. That's the rule in Washington State. Just explain to the tooth fairy. She'll understand.

Heh, the tooth fairy left an awesome note. Still, why would Nate want $600.07, and why the seven cents? It's pretty amusing. In any case, congrats to another lost tooth.
