Jake [brightly]: "I'll tell you what my WORST ride was. My WORST ride was 'We Live in a Tiny World.'"

Me [having turned my back for 120 seconds to talk to another mom]: "Hey, Nate! Whatcha doing in the sand pit there?"
Nate: "I'm playing a fun new game I invented! It's called 'Bury My Watch in the Sand!'"
Ten tearful minutes of digging later, the watch was located. Moral: Do not bury your watch in the sand.
